1. It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Management Limited will invite tender for waterproofing works and spalling works of kitchen and roof top at Causeway Centre, Hong Kong. Successful listed tenderers will be invited for tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in March 2022 with contract commencement in April 2022.
2. Water proofing works comprise the following area at Causeway Centre, Hong Kong:
l Kitchen Area (approx. 220M2)
l Roof Top (approx. 1700M2)
l Ceiling concrete spalling (approx. 100M2)
3 Apply for pre-qualification for tendering: - Tenderers/Contractors must provide their company profile, such as Business Registration, Organizational Chart, recognized professional license, contact person, contact details, jobs reference, etc.
4. Period of Post on website: 18 to 22 March 2022.
5. Date of Return of expression of interest and pre-qualification: - On/before 23 March 2022 (Wednesday) 12:00 p.m.
6. Document Requirements: Complete and return the Pre-qualification document with required supporting information: ONE hard copy and ONE soft copy (MS word) of the full submission. Copy of certificate(s) shall be endorsed by authorized representative.
7. Submission of application: Contractors application letters expressing their interest in being pre-qualified should be marked “Pre-qualification of Tenderers for Waterproofing Works and Spalling Works at Causeway Centre, Hong Kong, and addressed to :

Companies failing to apply for Pre-qualification in the manner prescribed above will not be considered for the pre-qualification assessment and their name will not be put on the list of tenderers.
8. Notification of Acceptance Qualified tenderers will be informed in writing in due course.
