1. It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Management Limited will invite tender for renovation works of Staff Canteen at D Floor, Causeway Centre, Hong Kong. Successful listed tenderers will be invited for tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in December 2021 with contract commencement in February 2022.
2. Canteen renovation comprise the following area at D floor, Causeway Centre, Hong Kong:
l Dining area approx. 7000sq.ft.
l Male and Female toilets
l Male & Female staff toilets
l Lift Lobby& Circulation
l General Office
The scope of works of this contract mainly consists of interior fitting out works, MVAC, Electrical & Fire Services, AV System and buffet equipment for canteen etc.
3 Apply for pre-qualification for tendering: - Tenderers/Contractors must provide their company profile, such as Business Registration, Organizational Chart, recognized professional license, contact person, contact details, jobs reference, etc.
4. Period of Post on website: 21 to 28 October 2021
5. Date of Return of expression of interest and pre-qualification: - On/before 28 October 2021 (Thursday) 12:00 p.m.
6. Document Requirements: Complete and return the Pre-qualification document with required supporting information: ONE hard copy and ONE soft copy (MS word) of the full submission. Copy of certificate(s) shall be endorsed by authorized representative.
7. Submission of application: Contractor’s application letters expressing their interest in being pre-qualified should be marked “Pre-qualification of Tenderers for Renovation works of Staff Canteen at D Floor, Causeway Centre, Hong Kong, and addressed to :

Companies failing to apply for Pre-qualification in the manner prescribed above will not be considered for the pre-qualification assessment and their name will not be put on the list of tenderers.
8. Notification of Acceptance Qualified tenderers will be informed in writing in due course.
