1. It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Management Limited will invite tenders for Fitting Out Works China Resources Building 49F-50F Meeting Facilities Renovation Project. Successful listed tenderers will be invited to tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in Oct 2020.
2. The scope of work of this contract mainly includes:
1) All TV cabinets renovations to fit for newly installed displays;
2) All conference table renovations to fit for touch LED monitor lift, outlets, table microphone, control buttons, etc.;
3) All wall decorative finishing renovation to fit for loudspeakers, control panels, wall plates, etc.;
4) All ceiling holes opening and recovery necessary for conduits work, ceiling speakers, ceiling camera lifts, etc.;
5) All ground chiseling and carpet recovery to fit for conduits work, floor boxes, etc.;
6) Site protection and hoarding according to owner’s requirements.
The contract is expected to be tendered out with contract commencement in Oct 2020.
3. Contractors meeting the following requirements are now invited to apply for pre-qualification for tendering:
· The contractors must provide their company profile, such as management structure, contact person, contact details, jobs reference, etc.
4. Period of Post on website: 25 September 2020 to 30 September 2020
5. Date of Return of expression of interest and pre-qualification: on/before 30 September 2020 (Wednesday) 11:00AM.
6. Document Requirements: Complete and return the Pre-qualification document with required supporting information: ONE hard copy and ONE soft copy (MS word) of the full submission. Copy of certificate(s) shall be endorsed by authorized representative.
7. Submission of application: Contractors’ application letters expressing their interest in being pre-qualified should be marked “Pre-qualification of Tenderers for China Resources Building 49F-50F Meeting Facilities Renovation Project and addressed to:

Companies failing to apply for Pre-qualification in the manner prescribed above will not be considered for the pre-qualification assessment and their name will not be put on the list of tenderers.
8. Notification of Acceptance Qualified tenderers will be informed in writing in due course.
