1.           It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Management Limited will invite tenders for demolition works for the Kapok Hotel located in Wan Chai. Successful listed tenderers will be invited to tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in middle September 2020.

2.           Scope of works of this contract mainly consists of demolition and clearance works of 7 rooms, including all the decorations (ceiling, wall and floor), electrics, water pipes and drain system, gas pipes etc. The contract is expected to be tendered out with contract commencement early of October 2020.

3.           Contractors meeting the following requirements are now invited to apply for pre-qualification for tendering: -

l    The contractors must provide their company profile, such as management structure, recognized professional licence, contact person, contact details, jobs reference, etc.

4.           Period of Post on website: 11 Sep (Friday) to 15 Sep 2020 (Tuesday)

5.           On-site inspection and explanation of the project will be arranged at 15:30 on 15 Sep 2020, please inform us before 13:00 on 15 Sep 2020 if you are interested in participating.

6.           Date of Return of expression of interest and pre-qualification: on/before 15 Sep 2020 (Tuesday) 12:00 hour.

7.           Document Requirements: Complete and return the Pre-qualification document with required supporting information: ONE hard copy and ONE soft copy (MS word) of the full submission. Copy of certificate(s) shall be endorsed by authorized representative.

8.           Submission of application: Contractors’ application letters expressing their interest in being pre-qualified should be marked “Pre-qualification of Tenderers for 30/F Kapok Hotel (Hong Kong) Demolition Works, and addressed to:

l   Companies failing to apply for Pre-qualification in the manner prescribed above will not be considered for the pre-qualification assessment and their name will not be put on the list of tenderers.

9.           Notification of Acceptance Qualified tenderers will be informed in writing in due course.
