Invitation to express interest and notice of pre-qualification of tenderers

China resources building typical lift lobby, Renovation works

1.           It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Management Limited will invite tenders for a renovation works for China resources building typical lift lobby. Successful listed tenderers will be invited to tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in July 2020.

2.           Scope of works of this contract mainly consists of providing renovation works of China resources building typical lift lobby. The contract is expected to be tendered out with contract commencement on August 2020.

3.           Contractors meeting the following requirements are now invited to apply for pre-qualification for tendering:

l   The contractor must provide his company profile, such as management structure, recognized professional license, registered professional, contact person, contact information, decoration project reference, financial report (2 years), etc.

4.           Period of Post on website 7 July to 9 July 2020

5.           On-site inspection and explanation will be arranged for the project. If you are interested in participating in the contractor, please notify us by email before 13:00 on July 9, 2020.

6.           Date of Return of expression of interest and pre-qualification: on/before 9 July 2020 17:00 hour.

7.           Document Requirements: Complete and return the Pre-qualification document with required supporting information: ONE hard copy and ONE soft copy (MS word) of the full submission. Copy of certificate(s) shall be endorsed by authorized representative.

8.           Submission of application: Contractors’ application letters expressing their interest in being pre-qualified should be marked “Pre-qualification of Tenderers for China resources building typical lift lobby renovation works and addressed to :

l   Companies failing to apply for Pre-qualification in the manner prescribed above will not be considered for the pre-qualification assessment and their name will not be put on the list of tenderers.

9.           Notification of Acceptance Qualified tenderers will be informed in writing in due course.
