1. It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Limited will invite tenders for Supply and Installation of Rubbish Bin in Public Area and Guestroom for Proposed Hotel Development at China Resources Headquarter, Hong Kong. Successful listed tenderers will be invited to tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in October 2018.

2. Scope of works of this contract mainly consists of Supply and Installation of Rubbish Bin in Public Area and Guestroom for Proposed Hotel Development at China Resources Headquarter, Hong Kong

3. Contractors meeting the following requirements are now invited to apply for pre-qualification for tendering:-

• The contractors must provide their company profile, such as contact person, contact details, jobs reference, etc.

4. Period of Post on website: 8 October 2018 (Monday) to 11 October 2018 (Thursday)

5. Date of Return of expression of interest and pre-qualification: on/before 11 October 2018 (Thursday) 17:00 hour.

6. Document Requirements: Complete and return the Pre-qualification document（Download） with required supporting information: ONE hard copy and ONE soft copy (MS word) of the full submission. Copy of certificate(s) shall be endorsed by authorized representative.

 7. Submission of application: Contractors’ application letters expressing their interest in being pre-qualified should be marked “Pre-qualification of Tenderers for Supply and Installation of Rubbish Bin in Public Area and Guestroom for Proposed Hotel Development at China Resources Headquarter, Hong Kong and addressed to :

Companies failing to apply for Pre-qualification in the manner prescribed above will not be considered for the pre-qualification assessment and their name will not be put on the list of tenderers.

8. Notification of Acceptance Qualified tenderers will be informed in writing in due course.
