Invitation to express interest and notice of pre-qualification of tenderers

Local Area Network (LAN) Equipment Procurement for St. Regis Hong Kong

1. It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Limited will invite tenders for Local Area Network (LAN) Equipment Procurement. Successful listed tenderers will be invited to tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in September 2018.

2. Scope of works of this contract mainly consists of supply, delivery and installation of LAN equipment including servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, software and accessories for St. Regis Hong Kong. Only basic installation to designated location is required. No detail configuration works to network system will be involved. The contract is expected to be tendered out with contract commencement in Sep 2018.

3. Contractors meeting the following requirements are now invited to apply for pre-qualification for tendering:-

• The contractors must provide their company profile, such as contact person, contact details, jobs reference, etc.

4. Period of Post on website: 8 August 2018 (Wednesday) to 15 August 2018 (Wednesday)

5. Date of Return of expression of interest and pre-qualification: on/before 15 August 2018 (Wednesday) 17:00 hour.

6. Document Requirements: Complete and return the Pre-qualification document（Download） with required supporting information: ONE hard copy and ONE soft copy (MS word) of the full submission. Copy of certificate(s) shall be endorsed by authorized representative.

                7. Submission of application: Contractors’ application letters expressing their interest in being pre-qualified should be marked “Pre-qualification of Tenderers for Local Area Network (LAN) Equipment Procurement for St. Regis Hong Kong (華潤總部香港瑞吉酒店局域網設備採購)and     addressed to :

Companies failing to apply for Pre-qualification in the manner prescribed above will not be considered for the pre-qualification assessment and their name will not be put on the list of tenderers.

8. Notification of Acceptance Qualified tenderers will be informed in writing in due course.
