Invitation to express interest and notice of pre-qualification of tenderers

Cleansing Services Contract for

Easeful Court

1. It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Management Limited will invite tenders for Cleansing Services Contract. Successfully listed tenderers will be invited to tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in August 2018.

2. Scope of works of this contract mainly consists of providing assigned Cleansing Services for Easeful Court. The contract is expected to be tendered out with contract commencement in 1 October 2018.

3. Contractors meeting the following requirements are now invited to apply for pre-qualification for tendering:-  

• 1）The Company must have a valid Business Registration Certificate.

• 2）The contractors must provide Cleaning worker with valid Hong Kong I.D. Card.

• 3）The contractors must provide their company profile, such as management structure, contact person, contact details, jobs reference, etc.    

4. Period of Post on website : 2 August 2018 (Thursday) to 6 August 2018 (Monday).

5. Date of Return of expression of interest and pre-qualification: on/before 6 August 2018 (Monday) 17:00 hour.

6. Document Requirements: Complete and return the Prequalification document with required supporting information: ONE hard copy and ONE soft copy (MS word) of the full submission. Copy of certificate(s) shall be endorsed by authorized representative.

7. Submission of application

Contractors’ application letters expressing their interest in being pre-qualified should be marked “Pre-qualification of Tenderers for Cleansing Services Contract for Easeful Court” and addressed to :

Companies failing to apply for Pre-qualification in the manner prescribed above will not be considered for the pre-qualification assessment and their name will not be put on the list of tenderers.

8. Notification of Acceptance Qualified tenderers will be informed in writing in due course.
