Invitation to express interest and notice of pre-qualification of tenderers

Hong Kong No.40 Peak Road House A & C Whole Building, Repairing and Waterproof Works

1. It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Management Limited will invite tenders for House A & C Whole Building, Repairing and Waterproof Works. Successful listed tenderers will be invited to tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in July2018.

2. Scope of works of this contract mainly consists of providing Repairing and Waterproof Works of House A & C Whole Building, for the above address (i) . The contract is expected to be tendered out with contract commencement in July 2018.

3. Contractors meeting the following requirements are now invited to apply for pre-qualification for tendering:-

• The contractors must provide their company profile, such as management structure, contact person, contact details, jobs reference, etc.

4. Period of Post on website: 20 July 2018 (Friday) to 23 July 2018 (Monday)

5. Date of Return of expression of interest and pre-qualification: on/before 23 July 2018 (Monday) 12:00 hour.

6. Document Requirements: Complete and return the Pre-qualification document with required supporting information: ONE hard copy and ONE soft copy (MS word) of the full submission. Copy of certificate(s) shall be endorsed by authorized representative.

     7. Submission of application: Contractors’ application letters expressing their interest in being pre-qualified should be marked “Pre-qualification of Tenderers for No.40 Peak Road House A & C Whole Building, Repairing and Waterproof Works(山頂道40號A屋及C屋-外牆飾面滲水防漏工程)and addressed to :

Companies failing to apply for Pre-qualification in the manner prescribed above will not be considered for the pre-qualification assessment and their name will not be put on the list of tenderers.

8. Notification of Acceptance Qualified tenderers will be informed in writing in due course.
