Invitation to express interest and notice of pre-qualification of tenderers

  interior design consultancy services for Proposed Hotel Renovation, All Seasons Place, Bangkok

1. It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Limited will invite tender for interior design consultancy services for Proposed Hotel Renovation, at All Seasons Place, Bangkok Thailand. Successfully listed tenderers will be invited to tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in February 2017 with contract commencement in April 2017.

2. The hotel renovation comprises the following area at Conrad Bangkok, 87 Wireless Road, Bangkok, Thailand:

   i. a 32-storey hotel building and a 4-storey annex building;

   ii. Guest rooms, ball room and meeting facilities, executive lounge, main lobby, rooftop garden, F&B outlets (optional);

3. The scope of works of this contract mainly consists of interior designing services for above mentioned area.

4. Consultants meeting the following requirements are now invited to apply for pre-qualification for tendering:   

a. Direct works experience as interior designer of luxury hotels within the past 10 years, counting from the date of company establishment. Projects reference must be submitted for reference.

b. Proven track records of satisfactory performance from previous clients and shall submit record of conviction on safety, environment and other convictions in recent 5 years.

c. Company profile, such as management structure, contact person, key designers, contact details and experience in similar works in the past 10 years, including contract sum, start and completion date.      

5. Period of Post on website: 06 Feb 2017 (Monday) to 13 February 2017 (Monday).

6. Date of Return of expression of interest and pre-qualification: on/before 13 February 2017 (Monday) 11:59am.

7. Document Requirements: Complete and return the Pre-qualification document (Download link) with required supporting information: ONE Printed copy and ONE CD-ROM of the full submission. Copy of certificate(s) shall be endorsed by authorized representative. Printed copy shall be scanned to PDF file and submitted via email before deadline above mentioned.

8. Submission of application

Contractors’ application letters expressing their interest in being pre-qualified shall be marked “pre-qualification of tenderers interior design consultancy services for Proposed Hotel Renovation, All Seasons Place, Bangkok” and addressed to :

Companies failing to apply for Pre-qualification in the manner prescribed above will neither be considered for the pre-qualification assessment nor the tendering.

9. Notification of Acceptance of Qualified Tenderers will be in writing in due course.
