Invitation to express interest of tenderers

Supply and Installation of Suspended Ceiling at G/F and 1/F Covered Walkway Nominated Sub-contract Works for Proposed Hotel Development, China Resources Headquarter, Hong Kong

1. It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Limited will invite tender for Supply and Installation of Suspended Ceiling at G/F and 1/F Covered Walkway Nominated Sub-contract Works for China Resources Hotel Development at 26 Harbour Road Wan Chai. Successfully listed tenderers will be invited to tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in End of Jan 2017 with contract commencement in Mar. 2017.

2. The hotel development comprises the following area at 26 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong:

1. a 25-storey hotel building with a 3-storey basement and a Link Bridge to China Resources Building;

2. 7, 8 and 9/F of China Resources Building;

The scope of works of this contract mainly consists of Supply and Installation of Suspended Ceiling at G/F and 1/F Covered Walkway Nominated Sub-contract Works.

3. Contractors meeting the following requirements are now invited to apply for pre-qualification for tendering:-       

1. Direct and local works experience as suspended ceiling works Contractor within the past 10 years, counting from the date of company establishment. Projects reference must be submitted for reference.

2. Proven track records of satisfactory performance from previous clients and shall submit record of conviction on safety, environment and other convictions in recent 5 years.

3. Good site safety management systems, such as company safety policies and practices, safety training, audit report etc.  Safety policy / environment policy shall be submitted.

4. Company profile, such as management structure, contact person, contact details and experience in similar works in the past 10 years, including contract sum, start and completion date.          

4. Period of Post on website : 20 Jan. 2017 (Friday) to 26 Jan. 2017 (Thursday)

5. Date of Return of expression of interest: on/before 26 Jan. 2017 (Thursday) 12:00nn.

6. Submission of application

Contractors’ application letters expressing their interest shall be marked “EOI of Suspended Ceiling at G/F and 1/F Covered Walkway –Supply and Installation Sub-contract for Proposed Hotel Development, China Resources Headquarter, Hong Kong” and addressed to :

Companies failing to apply for EOI in the manner prescribed above will not be considered for the tendering.

7. Notification of Acceptance of Qualified Tenderers will be in writing in due course.
