Invitation to express interest and notice of pre-qualification of tenderers

Interior Fitting-Out to Public Area Nominated Sub-Contract Works

for Proposed Hotel Development, China Resources Headquarter, Hong Kong

1. It is hereby notified that China Resources Property Limited will invite tender for Interior Fitting-Out to Public Area Nominated Sub-Contract Works for China Resources Hotel Development at 26 Harbour Road Wan Chai. Successfully listed tenderers will be invited to tender for the contract. The contract is anticipated to be tendered out in December 2016 with contract commencement in April 2017.

2. The hotel development comprises the following area at 26 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong:

1. a 25-storey hotel building with a 3-storey basement and a Link Bridge to China Resources Building;

2. 7, 8 and 9/F of China Resources Building;

3. The scope of works of this contract mainly consists of Interior Fitting-out works for public area from G/F to 7/F of hotel building and from 7/F to 9/F of CR building.

4. Contractors meeting the following requirements are now invited to apply for pre-qualification for tendering:      

1. List contractor(s) of relevant local authorities.

2. Direct and local works experience as Interior Fitting-out Contractor within the past 10 years, counting from the date of company establishment. Projects reference must be submitted for reference.

3. Proven track records of satisfactory performance from previous clients and shall submit record of conviction on safety, environment and other convictions in recent 5 years.

4. Good site safety management systems, such as company safety policies and practices, safety training, audit report etc.  Safety policy / environment policy shall be submitted.

5. Company profile, such as management structure, contact person, contact details and experience in similar works in the past 10 years, including contract sum, start and completion date.          

6. Possession of ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001 work certification.

5. Period of Post on website : 15 November 2016 (Tuesday) to 2 Decemeber2016 (Friday)

6. Date of Return of expression of interest and pre-qualification: on/before 2 December 2016 (Friday) 11:59am.

7. Document Requirements: Complete and return the Pre-qualification document (Download link) with required supporting information: ONE Printed copy and ONE CD-ROM of the full submission. Copy of certificate(s) shall be endorsed by authorized representative.

8. Submission of application

Contractors’ application letters expressing their interest in being pre-qualified shall be marked “Pre-qualification of Interior Fitting-Out to Public Area Nominated Sub-Contract Works for Proposed Hotel Development, China Resources Headquarter, Hong Kong” and addressed to :

Companies failing to apply for Pre-qualification in the manner prescribed above will neither be considered for the pre-qualification assessment nor the tendering.

9. Notification of Acceptance of Qualified Tenderers will be in writing in due course.
