Mr. Zhang Wei serves as the Chairman of CR Longdation and joined the corporate in 2021. Mr. Zhang started his career at Beijing CR Building Company in 1994. He subsequently held positions at All Seasons Property in Thailand, the Corporate Development Department of China Resources, CR (Shenzhen) Company, and CR Land. Mr. Zhang graduated from Tsinghua University with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Mrs. Wan Xuefei is the chief executive officer of CR Longdation. She previously held positions at Morgan Stanley and Orient Overseas Container Line Limited (Hong Kong). Since joining China Resources in 2012, she has served as Senior Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department at China Resources, and became part of China Resources Longdation in 2023. Mrs. Wan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science in Finance from Durham University in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Zhou Ming is the Deputy General Manager of CR Longdation since 2022. He joined China Resources Beijing Company in 1998, and later worked at China Resources Property in Hong Kong and China Resources Property Management Limited. He graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Applications.

Mr. Zhu Yonghong serves as the Deputy General Manager of CR Longdation since 2022. He previously worked at Hua Yuan Property Co., Ltd. and joined China Resources Enterprise, Limited in 1998. Subsequently, he held positions at China Resources Land Limited and China Resources Property Limited. He graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a major in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Yi Haitao has served as the Deputy General Manager of CR Longdation since 2022. He joined China Resources Caper (Holdings) Co., Ltd. in 2004 and subsequently held various management roles at subsidiaries of China Resources Group, including the Baiyangdian Management Training Academy, Urban Transportation Facilities (Chengdu), Parking (Zhengzhou), and China Resources Land Limited. Mr. Yi graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a degree in Investment Economics and National Economics.

Mr. Wu Zheng has served as the Deputy General Manager of CR Longdation since 2024. He joined the Corporate Development Department of China Resources Land Limited in 2003 and subsequently held various management roles in regional branches across China, including Hefei, Chengdu, Chongqing, Harbin, Shenyang, and other key regions. He also worked in the Strategic Management and Asset Management Departments at the company's headquarters. Mr. Wu graduated from Chongqing University with a degree in Management Science and Engineering.
