China Resources has been continuously advancing its investments and development in the Southeast Asian region and established the Southeast Asia Regional Office in Thailand on November 23, 2016. The Thailand All Seasons Property Business Division, a subsidiary of China Resources Property, undertakes the functions of the Southeast Asia Regional Office, working in coordination with other business segments of China Resources. It provides talent, information, legal, and financial support to facilitate the China Resources’ expansion in the Southeast Asian market.
All Seasons Property Co., Ltd. was established in 1989 and primarily manages the All Seasons Place, located in the central business district (CBD) of Bangkok. The total construction area of the All Seasons Place is approximately 390,000 square meters, comprising the Conrad Bangkok Hotel, an international luxury brand under Hilton, three Grade-A office towers with a total leasable area of 122,200 square meters, as well as a comprehensive shopping mall and high-end residential apartments. It has become one of the premier urban complexes and landmark buildings in Bangkok’s commercial hub. On November 23, 2016, All Seasons Property also assumed the role of the Southeast Asia Regional Office of China Resources.
