Mr. Zhang Wei serves as the Chairman of CR Longdation and joined the corporate in 2021. Mr. Zhang started his career at Beijing CR Building Company in 1994. He subsequently held positions at All Seasons Property in Thailand, the Corporate Development Department of China Resources, CR (Shenzhen) Company, and CR Land. Mr. Zhang graduated from Tsinghua University with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Mrs. Wan Xuefei is the chief executive officer of CR Longdation. She previously held positions at Morgan Stanley and Orient Overseas Container Line Limited (Hong Kong). Since joining China Resources in 2012, she has served as Senior Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department at China Resources, and became part of China Resources Longdation in 2023. Mrs. Wan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science in Finance from Durham University in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Geng Jian serves as a Non-executive Director of CR Longdation, CR Vanguard, and CR Enterprise. He has held various senior roles, including Director and Deputy General Manager of CR Ng Fung, as well as General Manager of Shanghai Ng Fung Shangshi Food Co., Ltd. and Ng Fung Hong Limited. Mr. Geng graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and has been with China Resources since 1989.

Mr. Li Chuanji serves as a Non-executive Director of our company. Mr. Li joined China Resources in 1992 and held various senior roles in CR BLDG Materials Tech, and served as Vice President from December 2020 to August 2024. Mr. Li holds a Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and an MBA from Hong Kong Baptist University. He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).

Mr. Zeng Jun serves as a Non-executive Director of CR Longdation. He previously worked at the National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China, including roles in its General Office and Guangzhou Resident Office. In February 2013, he joined China Resources, where he held various senior positions, including Director of Comprehensive Management in the Audit and Supervision Department, Assistant General Manager, and Deputy General Manager of the Audit Department. Mr. Zeng earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in business administration from Sun Yat-sen University. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Senior Auditor, and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
