Nanjiang China Resources Hope Town is located in Longquan Village, Changchi Town, Nanjiang County, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province. It is the 12th Hope Town built by China Resources nationwide, covering a planned area of approximately 620 mu, benefiting 132 households and 411 residents.
The project includes the construction of 26 new residential units and the renovation of 94 existing homes, along with public facilities such as the Party and Community Service Center, Longquan Academy, and Zhang Clan Ancestral Hall. Additionally, industrial support facilities have been developed, including Élan Hotel, Hope Tea House, Agricultural Culture and Art Museum, and a rural restaurant.
The hotel layout is designed in harmony with the local terrain and landscape, incorporating the region’s mountainous topography. The hotel features a lobby, buffet restaurant, private dining rooms, craft brewery, multifunctional conference room, camping site, and an infinity pool. It offers a total of 41 waterfront guest rooms, 2 courtyard suites, and 8 wooden cabin-style rooms.

Utilizing the natural valley landscape, the architecture of the hotel showcases a distinctive mountain-style design, with the entire structure backing onto the valley and cascading down along the natural terrain. The roof of the building is level with the entrance road, featuring a scenic water pool and a leisure platform, where guests can enjoy panoramic views. The lobby boasts a double-height space, seamlessly connecting the interior and exterior landscapes.
Élan Hotel in Nanjiang offers 51 guest rooms, arranged around a pond. The waterfront rooms adopt a courtyard-style layout, while the countryside rooms repurpose existing buildings, overlooking fields and water. Additionally, wooden cabins are scattered throughout the forest, offering a tranquil retreat.
The hotel’s buffet restaurant can accommodate 80 guests at a time, featuring two private dining rooms—Guanglu Mountain and Yunding Mountain—capable of hosting 36 guests. The restaurant serves authentic local Sichuan cuisine, including twice-cooked pork, spicy diced chicken, and ginger rabbit stew, allowing guests to indulge in flavors inspired by the surrounding nature.
The conference room, spanning 120 square meters, accommodates up to 60 attendees and is fully equipped with a multimedia sound system and an LED high-definition screen, making it an ideal venue for meetings and corporate events.
