Élan Hotel is a courtyard-style boutique rural hotel built by China Resources in Yan'an China Resources Hope Town. The hotel consists of four courtyards with 55 guest rooms, integrating dining, conferences, party-building activities, and agricultural experiences into a red-themed cultural tourism hotel.
Yan'an Hope Town is the 11th Hope Town built by China Resources in China. It is located in Mafang Village, Nanniwan Town, Baota District, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province, approximately 50 kilo 563 meters from downtown Yan'an, with a planned area of about 270 mu. The town benefits 167 households and residents and is situated within the core scenic area of Nanniwan, adjacent to the Nanniwan Scenic Area Visitor Reception Center.
The project includes the construction of Élan Hotel, the Party and Community Service Center, the Villagers' Activity Center (Mafang Grand Hall), and a kindergarten, as well as various public facilities such as Zhonggu Qin Yun Square, Ancient Pagoda Monument Square, Zhaohua Xishi Square, Nanniwan No.1 Boutique Homestay, 1938 Craft Brewery, Hope Farm, and the Loess Furnace Red Training and Expansion Base.

The lobby is designed with the theme of "The Beautiful Jiangnan of Northern Shaanxi", incorporating elements of Jiangnan gardens and modern design concepts. The minimalist yet refined style creates an immersive cultural atmosphere of Northern Shaanxi for guests.
The hotel restaurant can accommodate 90 guests at the same time and features one scenic private dining room. The elegant décor combined with local specialty cuisine allows guests to enjoy exquisite gourmet dishes while experiencing the unique rural charm of Northern Shaanxi.
The hotel also offers a multifunctional hall (180 square meters) and the Mafang Grand Hall (300 square meters). The conference room is equipped with an audio-video conferencing system and an LED screen, accommodating various seating arrangements: Theater style: 120 people, Classroom style: 80 people, U-shape: 50 people, Hollow square: 50 people, Banquet style: 60 people, Fishbone style: 60 people.
