All Seasons Place in Thailand consists of three Grade-A office buildings: M Thai Tower, Capital Tower, and China Resources Tower.

At the end of 1993, construction began on M Thai Tower, the first 27-story office building at All Seasons Place, which was completed and put into operation in mid-1996. In 1997, the second 27-story office building, Capital Tower, was completed and commenced operations. By 2001, the main office building of All Seasons Place, China Resources Tower, was completed and officially opened.
