Job Description
The Sales Director of CAC will oversee delivery of premium customer service to meet clients’ expectations. He/ She will work closely with internal teams on day to day sales targets, operations, customer development, target fulfillment, cost control, development strategies and relevant equipment and stock inventory management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Lead the team and work closely with marketing team to develop business plans and sales strategies
· Proactively identifies opportunities for retails sales improvement.
· Works closely with sales team to raise the standard of sales & customer quality
· Achieve overall qualitative and quantitative objectives
· Sales forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting processes
· Manage and lead sales team to deliver premium events service, customer services and fulfill sales targets
· Build, manage, and grow clients with a focus at frontline retail business;
· Develop and maintain a strong relationship with current clients and potential clients;
· Clearly understand client needs and effectively design and prosecute complex plans related to budget and strategy;
· Oversee the day-to-day operations, including manpower and cost control;
· On site events execution management and post event operations management, able to take quick response and appropriate action regarding clients’ feedback and needs.
· Facilitate sales during different client development activities or treatments both instore and in outside venues.
· Manage and develop the members of the team.
Requirements:
· Over 10 years of business leadership experience with deep expertise in leading organizational change.
· Experience in Jewelry or high-end retail industry is preferred. Selling technique in high valued products
· Evidence of a strong understanding of business strategy and execution of plans that are aligned with current industry and technology.
· Demonstrate the ability to exercise leadership at all levels of the organization through influence and demonstrate cross-functional initiative.
· Demonstrate and achieve success in influencing teams internally while building excellent external relationships with suppliers, customers and key stakeholders in the business.
· Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Customer and relationship focus, Action oriented & sales focus
· Immediate availability is highly preferred.
