Responsibility:
- To assist the manager to manage the daily operation of the property
- To manage on-site contractor performance and compliance to KPI, etc
- To prepare management and financial reports
- To maintain good relationship with the client, attending regular meetings and preparation of reports etc
- To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- Holder of diploma in facility management or property management related discipline
- At least 3 years' experience in related field
- Service-minded, mature, independent, self-motivated; able to work under pressure
- Good analytical, communication, planning & organizing skills
- Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
