Responsibility:
- Ensure operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures at supervising area
- Identify customers' needs and enhance customers' satisfaction
- Enhance staff quality and efficiency of the supervising workforce
- Identify business opportunities and responsible for tender bidding
Requirement:
- Holder of relevant professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH)
- Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) is a must
- Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in property management of which 5 years should be at managerial level
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
