Senior Facility Officer - Synergis Management Services Limited(2022-11-08)

Responsibility:


-          To assist in day-to-day operations, administration and handling documents

-          To build up and maintain good relationships with clients

-          To handle enquiries and complaints from clients

-          To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors to comply with company standard and KPI etc.

-          To prepare management and financial reports

-          To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

 

Requirement:


-          Diploma or above in Facility/ Property Management or a related discipline

-          At least 5 years' working experience in facility or property management

-          Service-minded, mature, independent, self-motivated

-          Good analytical, communication, planning & organizing skills

-          Displays high level of confidence and outgoing personality

-          Good at dealing with people in a friendly but professional manner

-          Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

-          Well versed to Microsoft windows applications

-          Holder of relevant professional qualification (e.g. BSc Building Surveying, MCIH, MHKIH, MIFMA) or equivalent is advantageous but not essential

-          Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), or Certified Facility Manager (CFM),. Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) is advantageous
