Responsibility:
- To supervise maintenance team and contractors to plan, coordinate, implement and review all repair and maintenance works
- To draft technical specifications and requirements for in-house and/ or outsourced repair and maintenance works
- To assist budget formulation and facility upgrading/ improvement plan preparation for liaison with clients
- To assess contractor’s work done and certify its payment application including LD/ EoT assessment
- To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Building or Building Studies related disciplines
- At least 6 year working experience in R&M management of property and facility management industry, in which at least 3 year relevant working experience in handling contracts with PSC including payment certification for Housing Authority’s public housing estates
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or B) and Safety Card
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Auto-CAD/ Micro-Station application
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize assignments and can work independently
- Effective communication skills in dealing with contractors and consultants
- Immediately available preferred
