Job Description:

•    To assist in the Property/Tenancy Management and maintenance of public rental housing estates, sale flat estates, and car parks as well as other business or activities

•    To interview, investigate and screen applications for public rental housing, sale flats as well as allocation and other related matters

•    To carry out enforcement duties related to squatters, clearance, restricted roads, illegal parking, obstruction, environmental hygiene and Housing Ordinance related issues

•    To implement housing policies as formulated by the Housing Authority

Job Requirement:

•    Holder of Higher Diploma or above; or

•    Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HK Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent; or

•    Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in HK Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grace C or above in 3 other subjects in HKCEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B), or equivalent; and

•    Independent, good communication skills in writing and verbal contact, good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and able to work under pressure

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

•    Successful candidate will be seconded to Hong Kong Housing Authority and an appointment will be offered on a contract basis

•    Candidates with no experience would also be considered

•    Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

•    Immediately available is preferred
